Why aren't my packages bundled together and arriving simultaneously?

Due to shipping weight limits, your package may be divided into multiple separate boxes and may not be received at the same time. But they will be delivered within 2-3 days.

My bumpers are greasy?

The bumpers are greased as a part of the manufacturing process. Sometimes the factory doesn't clean the plates well enough.

How can I get the grease off?

Here's what we do to de-grease these bad boys: We wash the bumpers about 3 times, with paper towels, soap, and water. If that doesn't work, then we use a de-greaser spray that can be purchased at a local home improvement store.
